To celebrate the first day of spring Franco and I decided to visit some good friends in El Dorado Hills. It was a very relax week end in company of friends sharing good food and good wines and enjoying the sunny weather.
In Bakersfield…we discovered a great Basque restaurant where Franco got to eat again pickled beef tongue and oxtail stew. I was perfectly happy with pork chops, plenty of vegetables and wine.

Of course the wine tasting was very enjoyable…
